TRADITIONAL BROKERAGE
As a buyer, you look for properties that fit your criteria in all corners of the market place (Auction, Realtors, for Sale by Owner) and then you go to where the property is that you desire. We meet folks at nearly every one of our auctions who are looking for a home or investment property and, for one reason or another, are not the successful bidder the day of the auction. It is our privilege to represent many of these contacts as Realtors and to find a match for them either at auction or through the Realtor network. We will work hard to find that perfect property that you have been looking for. As a seller, for one reason or another, you may find that the auction process is not for you or your circumstance and would prefer the traditional brokerage method of marketing. |
